Im sorry to everyone who’s been waiting on a blog post from us. Ink for Heart is 2 days away and theres so much to be done. Way more than I planned for.

The production and list of partners, sponsors and contributors have also multiplied as well. But I aint mad, we’re extremely honored to have so much support and love from the community.

Its going to be a long day and we know not everyone will be trying to get tatted or pierced, so I’ve put together a list of businesses and things for you guys to look forward to or do while you wait or kick it.

Im also just waiting on the liquor license approvals, so keep your fingers crossed. It’ll be a real block party if it grows through.

So remember, its this Saturday, 10am-10pm. 171 East Liberty Street #145, Liberty Village by the Brazen Head Pub (King and Dufferin Area). Come early if you’re planning to get tatted and or pierced! Im serious! And if you’re planning to drink, bring your ID.

$60 tattoos are restricted to tattoos that will take no longer than 30-40mins. Like names, hearts, stars, small symbols etc. 1 tattoo per customer

$30 piercings include rook, cartilage, conch, nose, septum and industrial (Industrial counts as 2 piercings).  2 piercings per customer.

Each customer is allowed up to 2 piercings and 1 tatt during Ink For Heart.

Also there will be a limited edition red “I HEART INK” shirt for sale as well. So dont miss out on that. Shirts will be going for $30 and “I HEART INK” bracelets will be going for $3. Every little bit helps.

And like I’ve been saying on twitter and fb, even if you’re not getting tattooed or pierced, come by to kick it, drink, eat, chill and most importantly donate and support the cause. The good deed might clear you of SOME of your sins. lol.

Some of you may not understand what this insanity is about. Some of you might have been there this past November and know what Im talking, but still not understand how it was so insane.

In all honesty, I have no idea how we did it either.

All I know is we have a crazy ass roster of DJs and MCs, more sponsors and supporters from the business and social community than we expected, tons of prizes, food drinks and we’ll probably end up with something like 4,000 people outside our shop.

Shiet, we might as well make this a national holiday and build a parade after this bad boy.

I strongly encourage anyone and everyone who is down for their community, who wants to support the Heart and Stroke Foundation or simply appreciates a good time to come on out July 24th from 10am-10pm.

I promise you wont be disappointed.
